the color of crime...

voter spoilage in cuyahoga county , ohio

spoiled votes are thrown out as 'improper' votes (as in 'the hanging chads', 'dimpled chads' vote spoilage controversy in the florida 2000 presidential election) . political commentators and investigative journalists like greg palast have been saying that if examined by eyesight , the choice made by those voter whose ballots were thrown out as 'spoiled' , could be easily determined .

according to the above chart found at http://www.whatreallyhappened.com/2004votefraud_review.html, the colors show that the overwhelming majority of vote 'spoilage' in this election took place in african -american communities and traditionally democratic areas , effectively reducing the number of kerry votes in that state . there were 90,000 votes thrown out in ohio as 'spoiled'.

palast further contends that if those 90,000 spoiled votes were counted , all kerry would need is about 1/3 of the 155,000 provisional ballots cast in ohio (believed by palast to also be significantly democratic votes )in order to erase bush's 'insurrmountable' 136,000 vote lead and win ohio's electoral votes and the presidency
